About Stephanie Thrower

I’m a psychologist and short-term rental investor with (too many) years of education and a passion for supporting health and wellness professionals to build financial freedom so they can focus on their purpose in their work and lives.

I started buying and selling property over the last 6 years in order to build a plan for a retirement that I hadn’t saved for during all those years in graduate school.

I became an AirBnB investor over 3 years ago and have found some awesome financial success, but more importantly I’ve built a team and network I love after a lot of trial and error, bolstered my resilience, and grown a knowledge base that I can’t wait to share with other health and wellness professionals.

Most importantly, my first job was being a gymnastics coach and the heart of my work will always be coaching. I’m not up there on the proverbial “beam”, that’s where my clients are so my experience matters to an extent. The best coaches know when to put themselves and their goals aside to optimally teach and support their clients based on their clients needs, strengths, skills and interests – and that is what I truly feel is missing in the coaching industry, especially real estate coaching.
