Q1. How does MMOCourse’s GroupBuy Works?

We list the product first. After the customers make payment, we will purchase the product from the developer. Then we’ll deliver it to all buyers.

Q2. How and when will I receive the product?

After making payment and your order is confirmed, the download link will be sent to your MMOCourse account immediately or within 1-7 days (depending on the product you purchase).

You will get a Google Drive link to view and download the product, so please send an access request to Google Drive then we will grant you access within 1 – 10 hours.

Q3. Which types of payment do MMOCourse accept?

Q4. What will happen if my product is not delivered?

You will get a refund or exchange it for another product that costs the same amount.

Q5. What if my product have problems?

If your product has a problem, please send us a screenshot and tell us what’s your trouble. We will ask the developer to resolve it.

If the problem cannot be resolved, we will get a refund or exchange it for another product. If you used product for 1 or a few years then it doesn’t work anymore, we will try to contact the developer to fix it. But in case some bad developers take the money and run away, we will try to exchange another product for you.

Q6. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Sure. Each order will be automatically generated an invoice by our system.

Q7. When can I get my delivered files?

We will deliver the product to your email and your MMOCourse account.

Q8. Can I exchange my product for another one?

If your product isn’t work and the problem can not be resolved, you can contact us to exchange it. We only accept exchange for 2 times.

Q9. Why does my order say cancelled?

“Cancelled” is an automatic status change from “Pending Payment”. Don’t worry. Our staff will check your order and complete it later.
