Along with several guest speakers who are experts in their own fields, we look at several case studies and how complex title issues were resolved.

Parts of the course go over land subdivision, surveying, and potential issues with land deals.

And one of the most interesting components of the course is the ability to determine whether or not a particular property is a ‘deal or no deal’ via several examples presented.
